    FFS, its like proforma said in another article, it's VERY doubtful they had the thumbs up from DC to use the 'Batman' name/logo in the 1st place so this is ridiculous. I wonder if someone can counter sue them on behalf of DC? THAT would be funny

    Yeah, that doesn't sound like blackmail at all...

    If you sue us, we will publicly accuse you of downloading our porn. Is there anyone on earth who believes that the choice of "Teen Anal Nightmare" was coincidental?

    I really never understand how people can be sued using an IP adress. If someone obtain my internet IP adress (and get my adress from my provider etc.), it in no-way has proof I actually downloaded or shared any files.

    I am not sure how this legaly applies though. Am I responcible for all the netword trafic on my internet/IP adress? If I am not then they actually can not proof it was me who downloaded the files.

    I do not even believe many cases that actually gone trough where won, but sure many husbands would prefer to pay a couple of dollars instead of having there wifes hear of there choice of video.

    I think this king of law firms has just placed itself to the top of the list of those hackers who like to ddos there websites, Advertising and shouting at the top of your voice (IN CAPITAL LETTERS) in a bullying manner has adverse effects these days on the web. DDOS ATTACK ANYONE
