    What I would like to see is how the U.S. is going to enforce this bill in its foreign policies. I would love to see how the law would be enforced to someone from say Cuba (if they can afford the internet) or even China (if they can get through their own barriers). Even in Canada where the U.S would make the move to enforce it. It will be interesting.
