MICHAEL SHOULD BE GIVEN A CHANCE TO SPEAK WHICH I AM SURE HE WILL. I HAVE SEEN THE TV SPECIALS ON HIM AIRED HERE IN AUSSIE LAST YEAR. I FOUND THE INTERVIEWER TO BE SLEAZY AND CUT A LOT OF FOOTAGE. HE BETRAYED MICHAEL DOING THIS. I THINK MICHAEL 99% OF THE TIME BELIEVES HE IS STILL A CHILD. FOR THIS REASON IF HE IS GUILTY OF THESE THINGS, I WOULD TEND TO THINK THAT HE IS JUST DOING WHAT WE ALL DID AS CHILDREN. I"LL SHOW YOU MINE IF YOU SHOW ME YOURS BUT AS HE IS IN THE BODY OF AN ADULT MALE IT HAS GONE FURTHER. I HONESTLY FEEL VERY SORRY FOR HIM IF THIS IS TRUE AS HE WILL NEVER HAVE AN ACCEPTED LIFE.

He has had his chance to speak over a matter of years & sticking the 2 fingered victory sign is an insult to the child & family making the allegations.Songs written about people who have slated him for getting into bed ,does that mean he has something to hide.like I said Wake Up

He purposley raised his hands to show everyone he was in handcufs...When he walked out of the jail he smiled and waved to his supporters....Thats the signs of a very strogn man ..telling them even tho u kick me down I always get up!When this whole nightmare is done...He will get the last laugh...He knows what he is doing.

Michael Jackson is as nutty as a fruitcake.

No matter what the outcome of the imminent legal set-to, that, I'm sure, will be further and fully clarified.

yeah he is out there alright no question bout that.

But I didn't think him flashing the peace sign was improper towards his accusers, like Far said it was just to thank those who showed up to support him.

Too bad Cochrane doesn't do criminal law anymore, I would've liked to see how he would handle all this.

And sorry I don't buy that child trapped in a mans body stuff, he's an intelligent guy, he knows what hes doing, he wouldn't have gotten this far in life with the intelect of a child, that's a poor excuse.

Fans will, no doubt, find any number of excuses for his behaviour. He is indeed J2k4 as nutty as a fruitcake.

I find it interesting that there has been inuendo for years about his sexual preferences. Is it a witch hunt or is it a case of where there's smoke there's fire?

Whatever the outcome, there will always be debate.

I just wonder what they will actually do with him if he is found guilty. One would imagine he would be at high risk being placed in mainstream prison life.

    As you say-

Cons are not sympatico with child molesters.

Did you see the info on his license?

    5'11"-120lbs.?

Not exactly built for life behind bars.

We already know he has slept with these boys (he admitted it in '93) in the nude (they identified his little package in police photos) and is on record as thinking all this is hunky-dory.

There's plenty of smoke, if you ask me.

I know very few facts about his previous 'brush with the law'.....I will endeavour to do some research after some much needed shut eye and return tomorrow.

you 2 made good points, Jackson behind bars? for child molesting? even the most heinous criminals look at child molesters like scum, jeez they'll eat him alive, but somehow I don't think they'll put him in with a standard prison population, hell he'll probably have his own wing.

Father Of Jackson's Accuser Denies Charges
Boy In Center Of Bitter Divorce, Custody Battle

    POSTED: 7:45 a.m. PST November 21, 2003
    UPDATED: 8:00 a.m. PST November 21, 2003

LOS ANGELES -- The attorney for the father of the 12-year-old boy in the center of the Michael Jackson controversy spoke to the media Thursday evening.

    More About Alleged Victim

    H. Russell Halper told reporters that his client believes the boy's mother is unfit and does not believe that the pop superstar victimized his son.

"Either she places a child in a home in which he's in danger of being molested, or the alternative, she is encouraging a child to make false accusations," Halper said. "Either way, it makes her unfit."

The alleged victim was featured in a British documentary with Michael Jackson. It was aired earlier this year. The boy is a cancer patient who stayed at Jackson's Neverland Ranch on a few occasions and a child in the center of a bitter divorce and custody battle.

The boy's mother had nothing negative to say about Jackson when she told a British newspaper earlier this year that "at no time has (her son) ever been treated with anything other than love, respect and the deepest kindness by Michael."
