Hi guys, yesterday my dad, my brother and me went biking to the beach and then we went through the countryside,
you know, lots of hills, up and down, rough terrain and all that;
so all in all we biked for like 27kms or 17 miles, this is the second time we do this
and now I was wondering, is all this biking healthy?.
I've seen all those biking tournaments but now that I think of it I never noticed what distances they actually go.
We always liked biking places, to the store and so, but we never did it for so long, it took us like five hours, so now we are all sore and kinda tired still, !
Any ways, it is so cool biking on the beach and all, but you think we should do a bit less for now?,
until we get more condition or something.
