Watched that Midsommar last night it was fucking siiiick!!!! That's two back to back 10/10 horrors Ari Aster has made now. Hereditary was just as sick. I dare say he is my favourite Jew.
I am also playing Gears 5, free on Game Pass. It's my opinion that it is the most 5th Gears yet.
I hate the steaming pile that are pagan cult horror movies with a passion. Let me summarize evey single one for you.
A group or an individual travel to some remote location where they meet a group of locals who at first seem cool but a things progress turn out to be really fucked up. It all ends with some massive betrayal and human sacrifice which leaves the audience stunned and feeling like shit. There are also hallucinogenic images and scenes of animal death because the poofy director is desperate to prove to the world that he is not some run of the mill film maker, no, he is an auteur.
Forgot there are also tits and because it's 2019 full frontal male nudity.
Nothing against horror movies but like fairy tales the whole point was for them to be cathartic and I think modern ones have lost sight of that and simple play for cheap thrills and to the basest of human desires.
Respect my lack of authority.
Harking back to the beginning, who would want the internet anymore, anyway?
Facebook dood wants it, look whats happening.
Even it you had the deed...well, it would make a nice toy, but who has the time?
"Researchers have already cast much darkness on the subject, and if they continue their investigations, we shall soon know nothing at all about it."
-Mark Twain
Encarta 98 > today's internet.
The sad thing is that I still have a CD of Encarta lying around somewhere in my junk closet ...
