just like when they first released P4 it wasnt the best cpu
but as the stepping improved the cpu became better and better
i think the same will happen with the Prescott...just give it some time and it will be a great cpu

Well the main reason i didn't include it, is because i never use it. I even have it disabled on the comp i have now.

Either are fine, OEM means it doesnt usually come with manuals etc, hence cheaper, retail means it comes in the fancy box
