i really need a torrent client for linux
utorrent+wine and azureus are excluded beacuse utorrent is crashing at high speeds, and azureus when i hash check large torrente (over 20GB)
the client must include the option to make torrents , and can work on ubuntu
thanks in advance,

Opera's built in client might do.

if you go to add/remove programs in ubuntu and search for torrent or bittorrent you should get a list of suitable apps. Personally i use ktorrent, and i'd rate it as somewhere between ok - good. Its not quite as nicely laid out as utorrent imo.
i also know theres a client called qtorrent and i think theres one called rtorrent?

You can try BitTornado and Deluge.
In Ubuntu I use Azureus and it works fine for me.

I recommend Deluge. Great client, the only drawback is that it's not officially supported by most private trackers, however I've found it to work fine on most.

rTorrent is good!
If you don't want it to run in terminal, take a look at kTorrent or Transmission
