Well what do you know, in fact I think it is down since I can't access it. That's going to put a delay on my plans to delete my account there. I blame the suckiness of that sight on libieca, a moron. The site isn't that great, but wasn't that horrible either. However, when you take the fact that libieca is an idiot into consideration, it really puts a damper on the whole site.

For the record, I used Network-Tools.com for the pinging. They offer a variety of services, and their "lookup" tool will tell you the country an IP comes from with great accuracy.

That means your browser isn't sending the HTTP referrer for whatever reason. Fix that (F12 -> Send Referrer Information in Opera, turn RefControl/NoReferrer in Firefox off or set network.http.sendRefererHeader to 2, remove that Chrome command-line parameter) and try again. Some firewalls are also known for dropping the referrer as a security measure.
