Norwegian is not a EU member and their server are in germany.

Swedish trackers should be removed from the list in my opinion for now.
NorBits probably will reach level 8 since the demand for this tracker will be massive!

If in a week or so a list of all the tracker's that have been indefinitely shut down can be agreed upon, I think then it would be appropriate to start taking them off. Who knows, some might come back in other countries or under a different name, and some more might shut down within the week.

Here's a simple calculation of the point system

If u seed 100 torrents = 50 points
50*24=1200

Will take 166 days to get 200000 points=One Invite!!,assumin u wont use those points for upload credit,ie 5000 points gets u a upload credit of 1 gb

And waffles gives out two invites every month to Power Users...and whereas in elektronik invites are given only when a user,or a power user or even a SEEDER gets 200000.00 points for one invite,and as far as i know a new member is registered once in a month so that actually shows how difficult it is to get an invite to elek..Trust me i got into this tracker when ELEK staff had decided to hand out invites to many users on the tracker...and this was last Easter....Pheeew!!!..
and if u got to see the content..the content is even better than TT,regarding Techno and House music!!!!:) ..and invites are closed on elektronik atm!!

There is a new tracker called dvdrsource it is invite only, has about 3000 users... it uses the swedvdr source code... many of the uploaders from swedvdr are uploading on that site... This tracker is ONLY dvdr rls...
I love this tracker :)

There is also a site called fibermania it is created from some of the uploaders on swedvdr... it is really really hard to get in, there is right now only 184 users... so it is a really small community, but it has great pre.

as Pissbubbles said there is sparvar, has 2000 users, there is alot of old swedvdr divine and it is a really great tracker with great pre.. It is not only dvdr rls on this tracker, also xvid and HD are rls..... Also love this tracker :)

BTmusic should be Lvl 5 because it's kinda hard to get invites, you can't donate to get an acc there anymore I think. CN should be level 7 because it's damn rare.

GFT invites are rather easy to get if you seed many files/donate not so much + that you can get them in what.cd forums and although they may be hard on when going through applications for invites there, the stuff that I mentioned earlier and this should be enough to drop them down to level 4.

Sparvar should be Lvl 3 since it's rather hard to get invites by collecting bonus(fågelfrön) and you need to be high userclass(not sure) to send them but you can get in by filling in the invitationform,but you need to be member of certain sites and have at least 500GB uploaded on the 0day/other ones and 100GB on the music ones(waffles/what was it).

Waffles should be dropped down to lvl 3, they hand out invites twice a month and maybe bitmetv also because they hand 3 invites/month if you do good with ratio/user class, so it's not the thoughest match to get into there.

scenehd should be LVL 3 because you now need to get invites by bonus points wich takes about 7 weeks(then you have 80x7=560,500 needed for an invite) if you get max points every week and dont bet. If you do bet on their softbet though, you could win much if you get it right so if you're lucky invites are pretty close to you.

They also have an "Request scenehd-invites"thread in HD Collectors/HD Specialists(user classes) forum, but it's closed right now but they said it would be opened once they opened invites, which they have done now.

I tried level 3/4 sites that are old and used heavily (tb's) and got denied. Wish they were more specific on what sites they will take or accept that you have or i would have posted better sites that im on. Guess i lost my chance to apply again with other sites. maybe they'll have an open application or something sometime in the future.

Well I don't know CN, but I think the levels are atributed for the rarity/difficult to get inside those trackers.

So we can't confuse the levels with the number inside the [], that is a measure for content,pre ...

I'll try to update the list in a couple of days but seeing as I don't know anything about actually rating these trackers' rarities, you guys need to agree on some levels so I can post accurate information.

Let's start with some basics. What needs to be changed the most and why?

I think goem should go up 1, they're not what you would call 'hard', but they tightened invites all around some time back, so its a bit more difficult than the rest of the trackers in lvl 2.

SceneHD should also go up one since they pruned a ways back and now its a lot harder. I also think their score should go up from 7 to 8, they're doing a pretty good job.

BitHQ tightened invites a few months back, they can no longer be gotten from idling in the irc, and they cost quite a bit. I recommend lvl3 [8]

iTS should go up one. Its pretty hard to get approved there. I think about 2 out of 3 apps are denied, only a few hundred people have the rank to make an app, so it could easily go up 2. Maybe also a [7]

SCC [9] down 1, this is very easy to get, unlimited invites offered at many places. Also just regular invites, so there's no interview. TL and RevoTT are certainly more difficult than SCC.

Something probably has to happen in levels 8-10, but I think its too soon to try to say anything intelligent about what might happen there.
