I think a lot should go up... CZONE, TL, KG, What, TT, Electronic, Waffles, BCG, SCL(flower) .. not easy to get in. RevTT went down and it should be up again.
Also, level 1 should fit for the new trackers, with open invites (or even a level 0 for those who are coming in).

Powerbits tracker rating should be much higher. They have over 23k (23428) scene releases on the tracker and dl/ul-speeds are very reasonable. The rating is only 7 at the moment which is way too low.
~ 19k torrents at the moment. Tracker rating should be at least 8.

I agree that BlackCats fits the criteria for moving up at least a notch. Still haven't opened invites for months, not many trade threads on it, people not as willing to give an acc up for another lvl 4, can't change mail, I mean.. It is virtually isolated right now and getting in is pretty difficult. I think it should go up.

RevTT have had signups few weeks ago and Pisexy have had just recently so time between them are different and also when RevTT have closed signups more than 10,000 people have been banned till today

My experience with PiSexy supports sunflame's statement. I had been curious about the site and signed up during open registration, but I'm not impressed at all. Content and speed are OK but nothing special, and design/interface is clunky and ugly. If other people had the same experience as I did and word got around, I think demand would indeed plummet (especially since it is not as rare as it was before, haha).

It is just good to see a organized list which is pretty accurate(do not know because i do not have all sites or any top ones neither.) exactly, i won't play around with the list just for the fun of doing it and hear the flow of comments following, i made major changes to the list since i started maintaining it at the beginning of the year.

Now a little stability won't hurt, and I see no major events justifying changing levels

Finally, levels 1 to 3 have little significance for trading purpose, i believe the list is still quite accurate, prove me wrong if not, with good arguments

I'm asking myself, is TVT.ro so hard to get into as TL and SCC to go to Level 3? or are you who have account there and want it go go level up?

Anyway, i never liked tracker levels, and will never will. But since the levels are based on the difficult that's why i've asked why that tracker is on LV3 and SCC is still on LV3. Why don't you read the previous posts instead of lying around? Is it so hard? ( lvl1 :lol: )

Can anyone explain to me why RevTT & TL always remain at level 3?

For Rev, ever since their open sign up weekend, only way to join is with an invite,
and they have banned or deleted about 16,500 accounts since the open sign ups
3 months ago.

TL, the only way to join is with an invite from a VIP, and they were
closed for a while.

On another note, why does Blackcats not go up a level to at least 5?

Invites are disabled, and have been for a long time, which makes it nearly
impossible to join. The only way I seen people join there is by trading
with someone willing to give up their account. I don't trade, so for
someone like me, it makes it impossible to join.

It shouldnt be level 5, at least not yet. There are still 45000 registered members, thats a huge number. So loads of people can easily trade accounts. However the max user number set there is 25000, so when they start pruning users and the numbers get closer to that target, then it should go up a level maybe even two.
