^^ I second that and the one above that
I honestly haven't had any bad experiences with romanians(and the one guy i know from there is a really descent fella)now though,i have my own doubts thanks to this thread, like what does cleaning windshields have to do with filesharing?
Anyways,i do concur with dreamcatches viewpoint that somewhere along the way this thread did get a little too harsh for such a message board.

PS:Credit card fraud isn't localised to romanians only.

Excelent post, dreamsearch and as .ro user, I fully agree with the points made by you.

What will your expensive servers do against our fast connections? Will you cheat to keep your account, will you obey the rules and get banned for bad ratio, will you trade your invites as they would probably be hard to get? It's just a theory that i hope will never have to see materialize.
...or having the servers located in our country, if I might add.

You keep forgetting that we are not born with the same privileges as some of you are and for succeeding in the world we live in we have to go over our heads and work our asses off. Some wash cars in intersections because they would starve if they would just sit tight and wait for a miracle. We do not benefit from the same government support as other countries so we are basically on our own. Some of you might consider all these wrong, but it's more like a struggle for survival. Even though we come from the worst possible background many of us do manage to step up and advance on the social ladder as we find it easy to adapt and use what we are given. For example,if you give us internet and we'll do great considering 10 years ago most of us haven't even heard of computers. Even more we are in the top10 on most trackers as a country. Don't you find that strange considering we are just a bunch of people compared to US or other more developed countries? Not to mention over 3/4 of our country does not have internet access, that our schools do not provide us with computers and that our minimum wage is about 150 euros/month. All you care about is your rules and your trackers sitting cozy in your overprotective country laws trying to figure out what to do with your lives and how to become famous on the internet.

True and fair enough i couldn't disagree with the fact that since you've built your tracker you're free to shape it the way you want and provide access to whoever you want. Arguably, due to some rotten apples a decision was taken. Totally unfair is placing an entire country's BT users in the same pot. In the future please keep the accusations for those that are proven guilty.

True is also the fact that it was our bandwith and our activity that made some trackers what they are today (will not give names ). It is because we actually don't afford to buy software that we download all the stuff we do, for us there is no legal way yet. This is not just a hobby as it is for some you, we actually need the stuff we download, will go through the effort of unraring the film, cracking the game, fake registering the software in order to enjoy it. We don't just seed and delete the stuff we download in order to increase our e-penises, nor we spend money on servers for the very same reason. Imagine paying 20% of your monthly earnings for a seedbox. There is no excuse to cheating, selling accounts etc but this is not for the fun of it, it is the easy way around a complicated system that too few understand and have the time and means to respect it.

One by one you may all choose to ban us from various trackers and as frustrating it is seeing your hard work go to waste for no reason we will survive as we are used to being thrown away after being used. It's similar to the problem of romanians leaving their country to work outside. It's our availability to do the dirty work of other countries and enlist in jobs that you wouldn't even consider in the hope of providing for our families that ended up in becoming our bad image. Of course we took the jobs, of course we did what we were payed to and of course we were thrown away in total disrespect after we played our part. It's the same on trackers, specially the small ones that need and embrace our cheap available bandwith but are ready to push the country ban button at the smallest sign of trouble.

It's not by far a threat but considering the way legislation is evolving in your "civilized" countries you might one day be faced with the ultimate decision of joining a .ro tracker as they might be the only ones left. You see we're not the same as poland and israel and egipt (no offense guys) as we do have the power (trackers) to stand alone in the BT buisness and provide for our users as good as major trackers can. I wonder where would we stand if you would one day come begging to us. What will your expensive servers do against our fast connections? Will you cheat to keep your account, will you obey the rules and get banned for bad ratio, will you trade your invites as they would probably be hard to get? It's just a theory that i hope will never have to see materialize.

I as a .ro user ( that hasn't been banned from any tracker for any reason ) will stand proud and move on from what i consider to be another offensive act against my country. I am not referring to the ban but to some of the replies that have been posted in this thread, on this forum that "does not tolerate" racism.

Thank you for reading, have a nice day/night and do consider your words in the future before posting insulting lines about people that have never done you any harm.
    what can we say more????
